Booking Policy

All bookings require a valid credit card on file to secure your appointment. Your appointment will not be booked if a debit/credit card is not provided at the time of booking. We accept all major credit cards. Your credit card information is encrypted in your client profile and is for the sole purpose of enforcing our cancellation and late policies. 

Cancellation & No Show Policy

If you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so 24 hours or more in advance. Any cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a charge to the card on file for 50% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to be rescheduled as your appointment will be canceled and you will be subject to a charge for 50% of the scheduled service. We reserve the right to refuse appointments to any patient who disregards our policies.

Appointment Confirmations

All appointments must be confirmed 24 hours in advance. Failure to confirm appointments will result in your appointment being canceled. We will attempt to reach you through your preferred contact method prior to cancellation.

Refund Policy

All services, treatments and products are non-refundable. Treatment results will vary between patients and additional treatments needed to achieve desired results will be considered as an additional service(s).

Guest Policy

To ensure the safety of our patients and staff, we ask that you please leave your children and pets at home before coming into your appointment. Service animals are welcome with valid proof.
